We had our first ever children's retreat in the divinely beautiful Sarovar Sadhanalaya, Khanapur on 26th and 27th of January 2018. 15 children of the agegroup of 6 to 13 participated in it. Some parents of younger children stayed at the retreat while some had to stay at a nearby resort due to lack of space!

Children joyfully participated in many activities such as decorating an altar with Guruji's photo, writing a letter to Guruji, nature walk, etc. Meditation sessions were specially designed to include some energization exercises, chants, and prayers.Children participated in nature walk to get acquainted with the flora and fauna of the retreat garden. They did some gardening too and planted some flowering plants in the garden of the retreat. At night children sang and danced in the talent show and entertained everybody present. Meals were specially designed with interesting menus loved by children!

Rujuta, Shilpa, Sapna, Medha tried to ensure that children enjoyed every bit of the program. Bapat ji was also present to support the team of volunteers. Saste ji really worked hard to make all the arrangements in the retreat. Feedback from children and parents was very encouraging!
